A studio is 1 room plus a kitchen and a bathroom. It has a queen size bed and a sofa bed and sleeps up to 4 people. A one bedroom is two rooms plus a kitchen and bathroom. It sleeps up to 7 people. All rooms have a full kitchen except #7. It has a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffeemaker.

Rates based on 2 people. Additional people may be $15.00 per/person/night.
Minimum stay may apply for holidays.   Holiday rates are higher.
35% deposit (minimum first night) required.   Deposit refundable with minimum 14 days cancellation notice.
